With a team of industry experts and incredibly talented individuals, Ironmark has become one of Minnesota’s leading General Contractors, completing over one billion dollars worth of construction projects. Together, Ironmark Building Company’s partners Troy Wenck, Jeremy Kolbe, Brent Kluver and Ryan Moore have over 90 years of combined experience in the Construction Industry including development, ownership, framing, subcontracting, and construction management.

Ironmark will work closely with owners to determine project scope, construction methods, and target budget. Our design-build team works closely with key subcontractors and consultants from conceptual design through final drawings and specs.

Troy Wenck

Chief Executive Officer

Troy is responsible for strategic vision, direction, and planning of the company, as well as executive oversight of projects in preconstruction and underway. During preconstruction, he works closely with owners and designers to achieve the owner’s desired budget and project schedule. Once the projects break ground, Troy oversees each project through to completion, monitoring quality, budget, and progress in order to ensure that the project remains on schedule and that the owner is delighted with the building.

Ryan Moore

President

Ryan is responsible for the day-to-day operations at Ironmark, including oversight of company-wide systems, procedures, and financials. He provides executive leadership, working closely with each project team to ensure they deliver an excellent experience for each owner, design partner, and subcontractor. Starting at preconstruction, he works closely with owners and architects to identify the team’s desired budget and project schedule and ensure it is achieved. Ryan remains actively involved throughout the project, ensuring each project is completed in alignment with Ironmark’s mission, vision and values.

Brent Kluver

Vice President

Brent oversees all estimating, business development, and marketing opportunities at Ironmark. He works closely with owners and the design team from conception to ground-break. He collaborates with the entire project team to ensure accurate pricing is obtained during the document design phase and will ensure the project remains within its original target budget. Brent has extensive knowledge of the design/build process and is very familiar with working alongside the design team as the design progresses making sure the owner is getting the most cost efficient, highest quality products.

Jeremy Kolbe

Vice President

Jeremy oversees all field operations at Ironmark, working to ensure projects are completed safely, under budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. His 30 years of field experience – including six years as Quality Control Manager – give him an eye for managing quality control for exterior envelopes, sound rated assemblies, and interior fit and finish. Jeremy and our field team are constantly measuring progress and budget against our pre-contract milestones to achieve our mission of building quality projects for discerning clients.

Joey Gornik

Vice President - West

Joey is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Ironmark West, including business development and regional planning, staff oversight, and project team engagement. He works closely with each project team from preconstruction through completion to ensure schedule, budget, and expectations are met and our clients are delighted. Joey collaborates directly with Ironmark ownership to execute strategy and implement the company’s mission, vision, and values.

Alex Nolan

General Superintendent

Alex supervises all field staff at Ironmark, working to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. His years of field experience give him a keen talent for leading teams, driving schedules, and maintaining high standards. Alex and our superintendents constantly reevaluate project schedules, looking for ways to accelerate the work and deliver the finished product to our clients as fast as possible.

Sara Hordyk Portner

Sara Hordyk Portner

Controller

Sara is responsible for managing all areas of Ironmark’s  financial operations.  She brings 20 years of construction industry finance experience including budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, cash risk management, job costing, and analysis.  Sara also assists in contract review and risk management evaluations and she  works closely with each project team to assist them in managing project budgets and ensuring timely payments to trade partners.

Amanda Dudek Ironmark Building Company

Amanda Dudek

Director of Human Resources

Amanda plans and directs all aspects of the Human Resources function for Ironmark, including recruiting, talent management, training and development, compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. She provides strategic HR leadership and support to the team and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure best practices are in place that are aligned with Ironmark’s mission, vision, and values and meet the dynamic needs of the growing organization.
