Ironmark will work closely with owners to determine project scope, construction methods, and target budget. Our design-build team works closely with key subcontractors and consultants from conceptual design through final drawings and specs.

Troy Wenck

President

Troy is responsible for the successful execution of all our projects. Troy’s responsibilities include overseeing the project team, estimating, project management, and field supervision. Troy’s involvement begins during preconstruction, working closely with the owner and architect in order to achieve the owner’s desired budget and project schedule. He oversees each project through to completion, monitoring quality and progress in order to ensure that the project remains on schedule and that the owner is delighted with the final product.

Brent Kluver

Vice President

Brent is actively involved in the front end of every project. He works closely with owners and the design team from conception to ground-break. He works collaboratively with the entire project team to ensure accurate pricing is obtained during the document design phase and will ensure the project remains within its original target budget. Brent has extensive knowledge in the design/build process and is very familiar with working alongside the design team as the design progresses making sure the owner is getting the most cost efficient, highest quality products.

Jeremy Kolbe

Vice President

Jeremy supervises all operations staff at Ironmark, working to ensure projects are completed safely, under budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. His 29 years of field experience – including six years as Quality Control Manager – give him an eye for managing quality control for exterior envelopes and interior fit and finish. Jeremy and his teams are constantly measuring progress and budget against our pre-contract milestones to achieve our vision of building high-quality projects while developing long lasting relationships.

Ryan Moore

Vice President

Ryan is actively involved in all aspects of a project, including estimating, qualifying sub-contractors, awarding contracts, managing subcontractors, scheduling, and completing job close-out requirements. He works closely with subcontractors to make sure that construction activities are keeping pace with the budget and schedule, in addition to monitoring the sustained priority of quality and safety standards. Ryan diligently coordinates the efforts of all parties involved, and conducts regular status meetings with all team members and owners.

Alex Nolan

General Superintendent

Alex supervises all field staff at Ironmark, working to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. His years of field experience give him a talent for driving a schedule and maintaining high standards. Alex and the superintendents constantly reevaluate project schedules, looking for ways to accelerate the work and deliver the finished product to our clients as fast as possible.

Sara Hordyk Portner

Sara Hordyk Portner

Controller

Sara joined the Ironmark team in 2020, bringing 20 years of construction industry finance experience including budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, cash risk management, job costing and analysis.  As the Controller, Sara is responsible for managing all areas of the company’s financial operations.  She works closely with project teams to assist them in managing their project budgets and ensuring timely payments to trade partners.

Amanda Dudek Ironmark Building Company

Amanda Dudek

Director of Human Resources

Amanda plans and directs all aspects of the Human Resources function, including recruiting, talent management, training and development, compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. She provides strategic HR leadership and support to the team and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure best practices are in place that are aligned with Ironmark’s mission, vision, and values and meet the dynamic needs of the organization.
