Minneapolis, Minn. – Ironmark Building Co. announced today that Ryan Moore will assume the role of president. The announcement is part of a leadership team transition to focus on growth opportunities in Minneapolis – St. Paul and new key regions nationally.
“It’s an important time for Ironmark as we celebrate all we’ve accomplished together and create a strong path for the future,” said Ryan Moore, incoming President of Ironmark. “I’m excited by the opportunity and committed to bringing my passion for leading collaborative, hard-working teams to this position."
Since joining Ironmark in 2016, Ryan has demonstrated a commitment to collaboration, dedication to clients, and exceptional leadership. In 2021, Ryan was named partner and promoted to vice president.
“In addition to his time with us, Ryan brings experience in development across a broad array of project types that positions him well to serve the needs of our clients, “said Troy Wenck, Ironmark CEO.
In his expanded role, Ryan will manage the day-to-day operations at Ironmark and continue to lead project management.
“When we restructured and branded the business as Ironmark Building Company in late-2019, our goal was to step forward as a new company and grow through our mission to build quality projects for discerning clients,” said Jeremy Kolbe, Partner and Vice President at Ironmark. “This realignment helps support that goal, as we’ve expanded into new markets thanks to the dedication of the entire team.”
In 2022, Ironmark expanded its footprint nationally with projects in Arizona and Colorado.
“I’m proud of the success we have achieved together and excited to see this next chapter of Ironmark under Ryan’s leadership,” said Troy. “I’ll be shifting my focus back to driving value for our clients through preconstruction and project design, as well as focusing on key client and project opportunities, as I hand off management of day-to-day operations to our Partners.”
Along with new president Ryan Moore, Ironmark partners Brent Kluver, and Jeremy Kolbe will share executive management responsibilities. Brent will continue leading Ironmark’s new business development and preconstruction while Jeremy remains focused on operations, safety, and quality control teams.
“Ironmark’s had tremendous success, led by the collaborative and supportive approach of our project teams. Our success in the urban core and expansion to the suburbs these last few years really reflected the scope of our capabilities,” said Brent Kluver, Partner, and Vice President. "We’ve done luxury multi-family, mixed-use office, affordable housing, and most recently are wrapping up our 12-story structural metal stud student housing project at the University of Minnesota, which will open ahead of the original project schedule."
