Active Project
Construction of Alto began in late 2023 and is expected to finish in spring 2025. Once completed, the project will consist of twelve structures, including eight residential buildings, a clubhouse, and three garages. This affordable development will include 200 units and offer surface, garage, and carport parking. The residential buildings will be three stories tall, featuring post-tension slab-on-grade foundations and wood framing.
