Mixed-Use Apartments
The Archive, located in downtown Minneapolis, began construction in the summer of 2019 and was completed in the spring of 2021. This seven-story building features 200 units with various floor plans, including lofted live/work units, studios, and one- and two-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness room, yoga studio, sauna, professional-grade community kitchen, virtual golf and game simulator, and heated underground parking.
