Chroma

Chroma is a residential development in the Whittier neighborhood, designed to bring high-density, high-design housing to an area that has historically seen little new construction. Chroma features 70 residential units with ground-floor Class A mixed-use spaces, including a coffee shop and an art gallery. Amenities include a rooftop patio with views of Downtown, a 24-hour fitness center, and a secure package delivery locker system. The location places residents within a stone’s throw of many cultural attractions, including the Minneapolis Institute of Art, Eat Street, and the Midtown Greenway trail.
