The Doubletree is a five-story building with basement made up of 120,007 square feet. Construction consists of two levels of precast below four stories of wood framed construction, in addition to a level two steel structure ballroom. The 141-key hotel features amenities such as a large 6,000-square-foot ballroom, commercial kitchen, and a full-service restaurant and bar. The Double Tree Hotel guests will also enjoy the swimming pool and spa, exercise room, heated valet parking, and an elevated patio overlooking the University of Minnesota campus.
