The Elysian
Student Housing
The Elysian is a 56-unit student housing complex featuring five stories and one level of underground parking. The units offer penthouse-style living with expansive balconies and detailed interior finishes, ranging in size from 782 to 1,680 square feet. The building's first floor includes a 5,000-square-foot space for the Andrew Riverside Presbyterian Church, which was built out by Ironmark according to their specifications and within their budget.
Unique construction methods used in The Elysian include Geopier ground improvement columns to increase the bearing capacity of the soft soils and a hybrid wood and steel framing system to affordably transfer the loads of the stepped-back fifth-floor units down through the building to the precast plank.
