Fieldhouse Dinkytown

Ironmark is committed to innovating and creating value for our clients. Fieldhouse is a 12-story student housing project in Dinkytown near the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities campus. This project includes unique post tension podium to cold form metal wall and truss system, with metal decking and concrete topping. When complete this 432,505 square foot building will be 12-stories of student housing and will provide 274 units - 874 total beds - to the community for rental.
