Fieldhouse Dinkytown

Construction of Fieldhouse Dinkytown began in August 2021 and was completed in June 2023. This project is located near the University of Minnesota Twin Cities Campus, adjacent to the recreational Field House and sports practice fields. Fieldhouse stands 12 stories tall, encompassing a sprawling 432,505 square feet with 274 units, including five townhome units. In total, the project offers 808 bedrooms and 872 beds. A unique aspect of the project is its post-tension podium with a cold metal framing wall and truss system, complemented by metal decking and concrete topping.
