The Finch

The Finch builds off the success of its next-door neighbor, ‘The Fred’. The Finch fronts the 43-acre Fred Richards Park, which includes ponds, trails, and playing fields. Once complete, The Finch will be made up of 276 units across a large, seven-story building with a small main-level cafe. The complex is embracing sustainability by being built to SB2030 guidelines, having rainwater re-use cisterns, and having a Woonerf to the immediate east of the building.

The Finch will deliver boutique amenities including a chef’s kitchen, indoor pool and spa, indoor sports court, pub, state-of-the-art fitness center, small movie theater, golf simulator, and extensive backyard gardens with firepits and grills. Individual apartments have long views into the park and toward the downtown Minneapolis skyline.
