The Grove

The Grove is a 118-unit apartment complex with first-floor retail space, located on Snelling Avenue across from Macalester College in Saint Paul, MN. Completed in the fall of 2019, this marked Ironmark’s first project completion in Saint Paul. The complex offers a variety of living options, including studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom plus den, and 3-bedroom units. Each unit is equipped with either beautiful white or rustic wood cabinetry, white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a washer and dryer. The complex also features a spacious lobby with dual fireplaces, a fitness center, and a rooftop deck with a club room.
