Hummingbird is a mixed-use building located in the Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis, constructed with precast concrete and wood framing. The lower level features live/work studios, the ground level houses two offices, and the second and third levels each contain three apartment units. The offices and third-floor apartments include 15-foot operable walls that open onto patio spaces, offering seamless indoor-outdoor living.
