Lucille Apartments

Lucille is approximately 169,880 square feet, featuring five stories and 175 units. This building offers numerous community amenities, including an extensive rooftop deck, a second-floor lounge, and a large community kitchen. The community space is equipped with private areas for working or connecting with friends.

Across Main Street is its sister property, Frances Apartments, which our company also completed. Both properties were under construction simultaneously. Construction of Lucille began in November 2019, and Frances started in the spring of 2020, about six months after Lucille. With Lucille being the larger of the two, the buildings overlapped in construction for almost a full year. Overall, the construction spanned two city blocks and required closing down an entire street to complete both buildings.
