Affordable Housing
Construction of Mesa Vista began in the spring of 2023 and was completed in late 2024. This 200-unit affordable housing community includes eight residential buildings, a standalone clubhouse, and two garages. The garden-style community offers a variety of amenities, including an outdoor pool, a terrace with an outdoor kitchen, a playground, and a dog park. The clubhouse features both a fitness center and a community room.
