Mural Apartments is Ironmark's first project in Colorado, a six-building community offering 216 affordable housing units. Each unit includes quartz countertops, tiled kitchen backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, and in-home laundry. Select apartments also feature walk-in closets and bedroom ceiling fans. Community amenities include an outdoor pool, playground, kids' room, fitness center, and dog park. Additional conveniences include heated underground parking, a pet spa, work-from-home lounges, and a secure package room.
