Construction of Mural Apartments commenced in 2022, with the goal of delivering six buildings comprising 216 units of affordable housing to the rental market. Upon completion, each unit will feature quartz countertops, tiled kitchen backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, and in-home laundry facilities. Select apartments will also offer walk-in closets and bedroom ceiling fans. The community will be equipped with an outdoor pool, playground, group fitness studio, and fitness center. Other amenities will include heated underground parking, a pet spa, work-from-home lounges, and secure package lockers.
