The property also features walking trails, a terrace, and patios. The construction of Okalee in Medina involved extensive redevelopment of the site's foundation. Situated on 10.5 acres of sprawling wooded prairie, wetlands, and marsh, the project required significant soil conditioning while carefully working around the preserved wetland buffer.
