Market Rate Apartments
Palacio Del Sol is the second phase of a Bloomington apartment community. The first phase is a vintage 1974 four-story building consisting of 79 units. Construction commenced in April 2017 and the project was completed in March 2018. The project consists of 32 units in a four-story building with one level of underground parking. The building has 40 below-grade parking stalls, 32 enclosed bicycle spaces, and is structured by post-tension concrete with four levels of wood framing above.
