The Rail
Student Housing
The Rail is a 36-unit, 100-bed student apartment building located at the edge of the University of Minnesota campus. This development also supports the Marcy-Holmes neighborhood initiative to foster a pedestrian-friendly living experience that connects residents to the area's many trails, restaurants, and cultural events. The building itself offers residents a clubroom, gym, and fully-furnished apartment homes.
