AZ - Active Project
Sierra on 66 is situated on a 10.5-acre site in the high country mountains of Flagstaff in northern Arizona. The project closed in December 2023, and construction commenced earlier than planned in February 2024. Upon completion, the development will introduce 221 units of affordable housing to the Flagstaff market. This expansive community will comprise seven three-story residential apartment buildings along with a separate clubhouse.
The community’s parking facilities will include various options: 64 below-grade parking stalls, ample surface and carport parking, and 19 garage stalls spread across three detached garages. Additionally, the community will offer a dog run covered by a solar canopy, a terrace with a grilling area, a gas fire pit and pergola, EV charging stations, and bike racks.
