Joey manages the day-to-day operations of Ironmark’s Southwest division, overseeing regional planning, staff, and project team coordination. He works closely with each team from preconstruction through project completion, ensuring that schedules, budgets, and client expectations are met, ultimately aiming to exceed client satisfaction. Joey collaborates directly with Ironmark ownership to execute strategic initiatives, ensuring the company’s mission, vision, and values are consistently upheld.
Kari leads Ironmark Southwest’s business development efforts with an emphasis on driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding Ironmark’s market presence in the Phoenix Valley. With over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Kari has a proven track record of securing high-value contracts across Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas. Kari's in-depth market knowledge, combined with her extensive network of partnerships across the Phoenix Valley, has been key to her success.
Troy is the CEO, founder, and visionary of Ironmark. Troy manages the strategic vision and planning of the company in addition to providing executive oversight over projects through each step of the construction process. By working closely with owners, Troy ensures that the budget, schedule, and quality is achieved to provide an exceptional building experience that is catered to each of our discerning clients.
Ryan is responsible for integrating the company’s vision into action. Through Ryan’s management of company-wide systems, procedures, and financials, Ryan acts as a project executive within the project management team to ensure Ironmark delivers an excellent experience for our clients, subcontractors, and design partners. Starting at preconstruction, Ryan works with owners and architects to identify the projects desired budget, schedule, and actions to take to ensure the goals are achieved. Throughout the duration of the project, Ryan ensures that our project teams are in alignment with Ironmark’s mission, vision, and values.
Brent acts as the Vice President of preconstruction, overseeing all estimating business development, and marketing opportunities at Ironmark. From conception to ground-break, Brent works with owners and design teams to ensure accurate pricing is obtained through the document design phase to ensure the project remains within its original target budget. With Brent’s extensive experience of the design/build process, he is a key component to ensure that the owner is getting the most cost-efficient and high-quality products as the design continues to progress.
Jeremy is the Vice President of Construction and oversees all field operations at Ironmark. Jeremy is responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed safely, under budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. With over 30 years of field experience – including six years as Quality Control Manager – he has an eye for managing quality control for exterior envelopes, sound rated assemblies, and interior fit and finish. Jeremy and our field team are constantly measuring progress and budget against our pre-contract milestones to achieve our mission of building quality projects for discerning clients.
